Chipolata is a classic barbecue sausage made from finely minced pork. We also love it grilled with pommes purée and green beans.

Chipolata are sold raw, frozen, and will need to be cooked before serving. Refrigerate after opening, best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.
