One of our customers' favorite, Pork Rillettes will take you straight to France. Made with port butt and belly, slow-cooked in goose & pork fat, lightly seasoned with garlic, leek, thyme, Armagnac.
Rillettes is best served at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening, best if used within seven days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.
