Feuilleté de Jambon

Our delicious Feuilleté de Jambon is generously filled with traditional béchamel in between layers of ham and cheese.

Our savory pastries need to be reheated in an oven, on a baking sheet, for 20-25 min at 350 F. Best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.

House-made Puff Pastry dough (organic flour, butter, water, vinegar, salt), house-cured ham, béchamel (organic milk, organic flour, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg), Swiss cheese, egg wash (organic egg & sugar).
