Potato Tourte

Our Potato Tourte is a perfect option when you do not feel like cooking, enjoy these organic Russett potatoes worked in cream, encased in a light puff pastry dough and topped with crème fraîche.

Our savory pastries need to be reheated in an oven, on a baking sheet, for 20-25 min at 350 F. Best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.
